Before considering your refund amount, your request will be transferred to our concerned department and they will inspect it to figure out if your approach is genuine or not.

• There are bunch of rules that we follow to provide refund amount to our clients, if somehow they are not satisfied with our provided services.
• For any cancellation or refund price, you are obliged to inform us within 30 days of subscription.
• Cancellation request will be accepted if our customer made the request within 24 hours of creating invoice.
• Refund request will be redirected to our respective department where they will verify your problem and offers an instant solution for the same.
• No refund request will be entertained for the services we provided at the time of special occasions or events like New Year or month end etc.
• No refund will be given for violating any of our policies.
• We don’t raise any refund amount after completing the task
• You will get 100% refund if we didn’t initiate your work process.
